Anyone with a tracking number can open the page, so the full street address is kept private. The receiver has it on their booking.
Yes. Open the tracking page and use "Notify me of updates" to get a message each time the shipment is scanned.

Fees that apply to a shipment, including insurance, customs charges, duties and taxes, are the receiver's responsibility unless agreed otherwise at booking.
No. Delivery is contactless. No signature or ID is needed, and the tracking page updates when the shipment is dropped.

Keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and contact us with the tracking number.
